Once a vacant building, State Street Apartments is an adaptive re-use project that provides 46 units of affordable family housing. CDS, partnered with Cattaraugus Community Action, Inc.; a non-profit supportive service organization, will provide ESSHI funded support services to 14 units dedicated to individuals that are survivors of Domestic Violence.
