CDS is pleased to announce construction is starting on the Hooper Road Apartments in Broome County, NY! The project will provide 80 units of senior, age 62+, low-income affordable housing; (78) one-bedroom and (2) two-bedroom apartments; 40 units will be reserved for frail / elderly individuals, age 62+, to include ESSHI funded supportive services through the YWCA of Binghamton & Broome County.
